IT Systems Engineer | Swansea | Hybrid (1 day per fortnight in the office) | Up to £36,000 | SaaS Company

Yolk Recruitment are working with an expanding security SaaS provider based in Swansea. They're looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join their Systems team.

The successful candidate will work be responsible for the instillation, deployment & maintenance of the companies platform. To be successful you will need diverse experience across Windows application, software & server side support to a 2nd line level including Windows Server Administration, SQL configuration & basic networking experience.

they're based in Swansea & operate hybrid working with 1 day in the office per fortnight.

Desired Skills:

• Windows Server Administration
• Previous experience in application of software support
• SQL Configuration
• 1st / 2nd line desktop support (Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, hardware etc)

Nice to haves:

• Understanding of cloud computing (ideally Azure)
• PowerShell scripting
• Exposure to ticketing systems
• Exposure to cyber security products
