Systems Support Engineer | Saudi Arabia - Relocate from UK | Up to £60,000 + Living / Accommodation Costs (Potentially higher for the right candidate) | 2 Stage Interview Process

Yolk Recruitment are working with a leading provider of maritime communications & surveillance technology looking for Systems Support Engineers to join their in-country team in Saudi Arabia.

You will work closely with in country partners & clients to assist with the implementation & support of the companies product liaising with the UK technical team to escalate issues where required.

To be successful you will need varied experience in 1st / 2nd line Infrastructure systems support including Windows desktop & server administration (Windows 10, AD, 365, etc), basic network support (LAN, WAN, Routing & Switching), mobile device management & ideally some understanding of Linux.

The role is open to individuals based in Saudi Arabia or UK based engineers looking to relocate to the area. Re-location & accommodation costs will be covered.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing both remote & onsite 1st / 2nd line product support.
• Enabling remote access support for the UK based technical team, escalating issues where appropriate.
• Responding to support tickets in line with agreed SLA's.
• Technically supporting the in-country Project Manager when required.

Skills Required:

• High level of experience providing 1st / 2nd line desktop infrastructure support.
• Windows desktop infrastructure support (Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange).
• Basic Windows server management, ideally some exposure to Linux.
• Basic network administration (LAN, WAN, Routing & Switching etc).
• Ability to live & work in Saudi Arabia.
