IT Support Specialist

An excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic IT professional to join a friendly, sociable and high achieving IT team, within a national Law firm based in Bristol who have enjoyed significant growth in recent years.

This is what you’ll be doing

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be providing hands-on technical support, alongside project design, implantation as well as BAU support.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

You will be taking responsibilities for the companies systems and will require a good understanding of Microsoft / Citrix platforms and their associated supporting infrastructure as well as skills and knowledge in as many of the following technologies:

•    Citrix XenApp

•    VMware vSphere, vCentre, ESXi and SRM

•    Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016

•    Microsoft SQL Server

•    Microsoft Active Directory

•    Microsoft Exchange

•    Blackberry UEM

Exposure to legal applications, Office 365, Azure and Powershell would also be an advantage.
