The opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with the UKs largest union and professional bodies. We are supporting them to recruit a Learning and Development Consultant for a permanent contract based in London. Working 35 hours per week across Monday – Friday.
What the Learning and Development Consultant will be doing
- Conduct the delivery of the learning and development service, ensure high levels of compliance with “mandatory” training while working closely with the internal communications team and People and OD colleagues.
- Plan, create and implement an engaging and comprehensive training strategy
- Design and deliver learning activities. Using Virtual and face-to-face options as these will be from one-off events to long term programmes.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand developments in their areas of expertise and subsequently utilising this insight to inform training initiatives.
- Understanding and the ability to develop and deliver a learning and development plan
- Build effective relationships at all levels of the business, respecting different cultures and needs

- £47,500 per annum
