Learning and Development Specialist

An amazing opportunity for a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join a fast growing, dynamic and innovative organisation, that are committed to continuing growth and development within their organisation. As the Learning and Development (L&D) you will partner with stakeholders across the board to help multiple understand the different areas of the business stay engaged and keep on top of their own development whilst understanding the business and industry that they operate in.

As a Learning and Development specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing a range of learning and development programmes to meet the organisations needs
  • Carry out the induction programme for new staff and introducing relevant changes to ensure the information is engaging, aligned and meets objectives.
  • Creating targeted training interventions, working closely with the change team to ensure change is embedded successfully throughout the organisation
  • Collaborate closely with their compliance team to comprehend essential regulatory training, develop and implement impactful learning solutions to bolster their adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Create and provide training for systems and desktop processes, along with comprehensive guides, ensuring their colleagues possess the requisite skills and knowledge for proficient use of our policy and claims systems.
  • Conduct workshops across various business sectors, extending to the senior leadership team, to effectively deliver and facilitate learning sessions.
  • Develop e-learning modules of superior quality that are interactive and captivating, aligning seamlessly with learning objectives and organisational goals.

if you are a Learning & Development Officer that has:

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable due to quick changes that are needed in the business
  • Knowledge and understanding of FCA rules and guidelines
  • Strong training, development and coaching skills
  • Strong IT Skills and the ability to create content to deliver e learning modules through their talent management platform
  • An interest in progressing a career in L&D or Training
