We are working with a public sector organisation who are looking for a Senior OD, Learning and Talent Manager. This role will be responsible for a wide portfolio including organisational development, L&D, diversity & inclusion and recruitment.
This is what you’ll be doing
To provide business and professional insights, identifying business and OD related challenges and risk, providing advice and solutions
Lead the in-house Recruitment team to provide a proactive and responsive service, which meets the needs of our hiring managers, candidates as well as our organisational priorities.
Oversee the management of the external training budget including the apprenticeship levy, ensuring value for money
Set, monitor and review key workforce performance indicators and producing regular reports, highlighting any significant issues.
The experience you’ll bring to the team
Educated to postgraduate level in a relevant subject (such as HR, L&D, organisational development, psychology), or equivalent level of experience working in a similar role
HR practical knowledge gained through experience of managing change
Chartered Member or Fellow of CIPD (MCIPD or FCIPD)
Understanding of Agenda for Change
