​We are working with a public sector organisation who are looking for a Senior OD, Learning and Talent Manager. This role will be responsible for a wide portfolio including organisational development, L&D, diversity & inclusion and recruitment.

This is what you’ll be doing

• To provide business and professional insights, identifying business and OD related challenges and risk, providing advice and solutions

• Lead the in-house Recruitment team to provide a proactive and responsive service, which meets the needs of our hiring managers, candidates as well as our organisational priorities.

• Oversee the management of the external training budget including the apprenticeship levy, ensuring value for money

• Set, monitor and review key workforce performance indicators and producing regular reports, highlighting any significant issues.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Educated to postgraduate level in a relevant subject (such as HR, L&D, organisational development, psychology), or equivalent level of experience working in a similar role

• HR practical knowledge gained through experience of managing change

• Chartered Member or Fellow of CIPD (MCIPD or FCIPD)

• Understanding of Agenda for Change
