Learning Delivery Partner - up to £32 Per hour Inside IR35 - 12 Months (extensions highly likely) - Chester - Standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between 7-7) - Hybrid (60% on site) - One stage interview - Sector: Aerospace and Defence
Yolk Recruitment are searching for a Learning Delivery Partner to work with a renowned Aerospace company that is at the forefront of space exploration and travel.
This is an exciting role that gives you the opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects not seen anywhere else in the UK. The Learning Delivery Partner would be responsible for the delivery of training to a Production area and acting as a point on contact, taking into account their specific constraints and ensuring on-time, on-cost, on-quality yearly learning plan advising the business on the best learning solutions to fit their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure deployment of the learning plan for a defined perimeter
- Ensure business proximity and gather learning and knowledge management needs and priorities, understanding business constraints
- Lead regular meetings with business focal points to monitor their learning plan and anticipate any challenges
- Act as a focal point for the business answering all learning-related questions and making links with the central learning team where appropriate
- Presenting data analysis, identifying challenges and risks, proposing solutions and advising on processes
- Working closely with our training administration provider to ensure successful deployment of training to the business
- Contribute to learning projects locally and/or transnationally in collaboration with the central learning team
