Legal Administrator

Cardiff – outskirts

£20,000 - £23,000 per annum

Are you a professional and experienced Administrator looking to secure a permanent role with a small, friendly high street law practice? Are you looking for a role that offers security and longevity?

If so, then we’d like to hear from you.

The role will involve working closely with the partners, contributing to the efficient day to day services. Some key duties include:

  • Answering the phone and dealing with telephone calls

  • Open and closing files

  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing post/emails

  • Diary management

  • Using the case management system to produce correspondence

  • Provide clients with updates

  • General administration

Experience in providing administrative support for a Law firm previously will be an advantage. However, full training will be given and we are also very open to hearing from applicants with a strong administrative background outside of the Legal field.

This role would suit someone who is looking to work with a small and friendly local practice. Key skills required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Eagerness to learn

  • Ability to show initiative

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Effective time management skills

  • Good IT skills

The hours of work for this role are Monday to Thursday, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, with a 4.00 pm finish on a Friday. Free parking is available and the office location is also accessible by public transport.
