This is what you’ll be doing

Working with a modern and innovative law firm who are based in Pontypridd.

• Answering telephones dealing with client calls and passing on messages
• Following up with clients who enquire about legal work
• Filling, scanning and updating files
• Maintaining data protection records
• Ad-hoc administration duties when required

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Administration experience working in professional services is essential

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proactive attitude and highly motivated
• Client focused with a problem solving approach
