Legal Advisor- Personal Injury
Swansea/Hybrid

Are you a compassionate individual with demonstrable customer service experience? If so, Yolk Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking to recruit a Legal Advisor in our clients busy and successful Personal Injury team, based in Swansea.


What You'll Be Doing as a Legal Advisor:

In this role, the successful candidate will be working on processing litigated fast-track claims.

  • Handling criminal compensation injury claims.
  • Utilising a case management system to generate correspondence.
  • Maintaining high-quality standards throughout the entire process, from start to finish.
  • Offering support to solicitors with specific tasks in multi-track cases.


To thrive in this role, as a Legal Advisor you'll need:

Previous exposure to personal injury cases or litigation. Prior experience with the Ministry of Justice Portal would also be beneficial.

  • Motivated and enjoys client/customer interaction.
  • Approachable and professional demeanour.
  • IT and administrative skills are essential.
  • Willingness to travel; access to transport is a requirement.
