We are working with a highly reputable regional law firm who are looking for their next successful Legal Assistant to join the Deputy team. This is a great role best suited to a compassionate individual with a desire to help others. As well as needing a caring nature, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate their thorough organisational skills to assist clients with their day-to-day decision-making needs.
This is what you will be doing as a Legal Assistant:
• Payments of bills such as mortgages and other utilities
• Conversing with professionals
• Ensuring our clients receive all state benefits available to them
• Sourcing suitable property for purchase or lease
• Arranging household repairs
• Preparing legal applications
The experience you will bring to the team as a Legal Assistant:
• Administration and organisations skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Personal development
• You will be personable and able to build relationships
• You must have strong attention to detail and work efficiently
• The ability to manage a busy workload
