Legal Compliance Officer
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to join this reputable commercial practice on the outskirts of Cardiff.
This is what you’ll be doing
Offering plenty of flexibility, you will be expected to keep up to date with changes in the code of conduct, develop and propose policies and procedures, develop and maintain the regions Practice Manual, assist the Finance Director, provide training to partners and members of staff together with carrying out file audits and provide support to staff on compliance and anti-money laundering
The experience you’ll bring to the team
The successful Risk and Compliance Manager will have proven experience of working within a similar role within a private practice. You will have experience of carrying out file audits, developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance, acting as a Quality Manager for the firm across their offices as well as providing support on anti-money laundering and compliance matters. You will deal with Lexel matters, prof indem and insurance matters and complaints
And this is what you’ll get in return
The firm will pay up to £60,000 and would consider someone on a part time basis.
