Legal Director or Senior Associate – Commercial Law (IT/ Technology)

The Opportunity

A Legal 500, top tier ranked law firm in Cardiff is looking to hire a senior and highly skilled commercial lawyer into their well-established technology practise. You will advise on some of the largest projects in the UK and will deal with clients including funders of technology projects, technology rich business and innovative start-ups. Whilst the role would sit within their wider commercial team in Cardiff, you would be responsible for growing the number of high calibre of instructions.

Skills / Experience required:

As a Legal Director, you should possess the following skills and experience:

• A senior Solicitor with specialist experience in IT and technology commercial law
• Strong academics
• Intellectual ability
• A team player
• Confident
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercially aware
• Proven business development skills
