They are looking to expand their team and are offering hybrid working.
What you'll be doing:
- Gathering, process mapping, developing workflows and automating document forms
- Data extraction, transformation and report building
- Supporting the practise / case management system
- Serve as an escalation point for the IT service desk along with third parties and vendors
- Tracking and reporting on projects
What you'll bring to the team:
- Great communication skills
- Experience in the legal sector
- Good communication and presentation skills
Nice to haves:
- Some experience with Advanced P4W, TaskCentre and Crystal Reports
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience working with agile methodologies
