​Legal Manager and Head of Department

£60k Cardiff Outskirts

This is what you’ll be doing

A Law firm with national reach is looking for a Legal manager to grow and develop a busy department in one of their offices on the outskirts of Cardiff.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

You will be 10-15 years PQE with experience of running a successful department.

Any legal discipline will be considered conveyancing, family, litigation, company commercial or probate- the key is that you have managed a department of around 10 people in the past.

This will predominantly be a non-fee earning role, albeit your legal knowledge and skills may be required from time to time.

And this is what you’ll get in return

£60,000 Base salary plus Bonus and Benefits

You will report directly to the Board and will be Fast Tracked to Directorship.
