Yolk Recruitment are working with a leading law firm who have brand new offices in Cardiff. This is a very exciting time to join this growing firm as you will be the leading face for this office as you will be providing the partners the crucial office support for the day to day running of the office.
You will have an opportunity to be part of this growth, being a key member of the team will allow you to combine your organisational prowess, keen eye for detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling document-related tasks such as copying, printing, and scanning
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting in the organisation and movement of office equipment, stationery, and organising meeting rooms
- Maintaining a clean and organized office environment, adhering to good housekeeping practices.
- Carrying out hand deliveries and collections to and from local sites, including filing documents at court when necessary.
- Conducting DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments
- Preparing for new starters and leavers
- Ensuring all office documentation is up-to-date and carrying out office audits
The experience you will need to bring to the role:
- Experience of working in an Office environment in some administrative capacity
- Experience of organising your own time and tasks, maybe from front of house/receptionist experience
- Able to use Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
What you'll get in return:
