​Legal Secretary – Family Law

Newport

Temporary, with view to becoming permanent

£10.00 per hour

Are you an immediately available Legal Secretary with experience in Family Law? Are you seeking a long term role with a reputable Newport based firm? If so, we’d like to hear from you.

As a Family Legal Secretary you’ll be responsible for:

• Liaising confidentially with clients on a daily basis

• Handling highly sensitive and confidential data

• Preparing Legal correspondence and documents

• Minute taking and audio/copy typing

• Taking messages from new and existing clients

• Organising documentation and maintaining filing system

• Diary management

• Collating information and contacting clients in relation to required documentation

The experience you’ll bring to the team:

• High level of accuracy

• Secretarial experience within the Legal field (specifically Family)

• Excellent attention to detail

• A high level of diplomacy and discretion

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Confidence to communicate at all levels

• £19,000 - £21,000 per annum
