Are you an experience Legal Secretary who works best at home ? I am working with a Financial Services client to recruit a highly meticulous Legal Secretary to support the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer within the Legal Department, from the comfort of your own home ! This a chance to work in-house within a supportive team and get involved with great projects.
Within this role you will take ownership for delegated tasks such as project support, ad-hoc legal related actions and tasks, training, engagement with regulators and third parties as well as other business-related initiatives.
This is what you'll be doing:
As a Legal Secretary, you will be expected to have the ability to multitask and work within assigned time frames with top level efficiency. You will be preparing legal submissions/returns and reports in addition to undertaking adhoc tasks for the Solicitors in the legal department. The role will be filled with general admin duties and requires the successful candidate to be PC literate. Please note, though this role is remote, there may be some occasional travel to the main office which will be paid back in expenses.

As a Legal Secretary you will be able to demonstrate your extensive skill-set in legal admin work as well as having a can-do attitude. The essential competencies needed for this role are the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately. You will have a willingness to learn and put learning into practice as well as being self-motivated/ proactive.
