A global law firm, are looking for an experienced legal secretary, to join their market leading Clinical Risk team, within their Bristol office. Our client is a top tier legal 500 firm, and is featured in Chambers UK, with half of their Partners being recognised as leaders in their specialist field.

 

This is what you’ll be doing

  • Provide support to 4 fee earners within the Clinical Risk team
  • Manage diaries, book meetings and make travel arrangements
  • Build relationships with clients and their support staff
  • Effectively prepare documents from digital dictation and manage the case management system
  • Prepare bunfles, file, photocopy, scan and fax
  • Handle confidential information
  • Proactively maintain client relationships and assist with business development activities
  • Provide support to other fee earner where necessary

 

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Previous secretarial experience within a clinical/medical team is essential
  • Previous experience within a legal environment is highly desirable
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths)
  • Excellent IT skills, with a typing speed of 65 WPM
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client focused approach
  • Ability to priotise a full workload with a meticulous eye for detail
