An innovative, global law firm are looking for an experienced legal secretary, to join their market leading Professional Risks team. This is a permanent full-time position, based in their modern city centre Bristol office, however, this role is currently remote due to COVID-19.


This is what you’ll be doing

·        Provide secretarial and PA support to Trainees, Solicitor and Partners within Professional Risks team

·        Maintain key relationships with managers, fee earners and secretarial colleagues

·        Manage diaries, book meetings and make travel arrangements

·        Maintain the lines of communication with clients in the fee earners absence

·        Handle telephone enquires in a professional and polite manner

·        Accurately maintain the case management system

·        Manage the workflow to the document production team, and produce short pieces of typing and digital dictation when required

·        Assist with business development and marketing activities within the department when required


The experience you’ll bring to the team

·        Previous legal secretary/administrative experience in a corporate environment is essential

·        Previous experience within a commercial litigation legal department is highly desirable

·        Excellent IT skills (MS Office)

·        Excellent communication skills, with a client focused approach

·        Ability to prioritise a full workload with a meticulous eye for detail

·        Collaborative and solutions focused
