Are you an experienced Paralegal, looking to join an innovative and specialist team? If so, a UK Top 50 law firm are looking for you to join their thriving Leisure and Retail Commercial Property Team. Notably this firm offer training contracts, and you would be based in their state-of-the-art Bristol office.

This is what you’ll be doing

• As a Leisure and Retail Paralegal, you will run your own caseload, as well as assisting senior Solicitors on larger projects
• You will work on acquisitions, disposals and estate management
• You will provide excellent client service to leading pub companies, clubs, hotels and restaurants
• Take an active involvement in business development
• Take responsibility for targets

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Experience as a Real Estate Paralegal is highly preferable
• Previous Paralegal experience in essential
• LLB / GDL /LPC is desirable
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Able to work to strict deadlines and use your initiative a busy workload
• Excellent IT skills (ideally with experience of a Case Management System)
