We are working with a highly reputable manufacturing firm in South Wales who are looking for a Licencing Manager to manage all of the day to day licencing processes for the organisation as a whole. As Licencing Manager you will also be the recognised face of licensing within the licensing industry and to support organisational growth by establishing licensed opportunities at the best commercial terms.

This is what you’ll be doing

·Support with building the licensing strategy and responsible for the implementation of that strategy

·Responsible for building and owning a Licensing specific tactical RACI for the Product & Marketing team, working with the teams on how to implement

·Collaborate and work closely with various teams around the business including, Insights, Product Management, Marketing International Sales and Gifting to identify and advise on various License opportunities

·Set up all new licensors on the system to ensure MG and royalty payments happen

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·Demonstrable previous experience of working with Licensors

·Demonstrable previous experience of identifying and understanding Intellectual Property requirements, risks and restrictions in Licensing.

·Ability to be agile in order to capitalise on potential opportunities whilst identifying new opportunities

·Proven key account management experience and building effective relationships
