Marketing Assistant - Part Time
Are you an experienced marketer looking for a part-time marketing position that is flexible around home life? Do you consider yourself to be an organised person, thriving off getting creative? My client based in Newport are looking for a Marketing Assistant, who will also have Personal Assistant duties, on a part-time, flexible basis, for 25 hours per week.
What you’ll be doing…
Reporting to the Practice Support Officer, you will take responsibility for the marketing function at the office, whilst also working as the PA to a Partner of the company. Some of your responsibilities will include:
·Running the company’s social media, including creating content, regularly posting and engaging with consumers
·Running and organising networking events
·Liaising with the main marketing function in London to update the website content and photographs
·Updating their CRM system and utilising the CRM to create leads keep clients up to date
·Creating marketing materials such as brochures
·Diary management for one of the Partners, including arranging meetings and reminding Partner of appointments
·Arranging travel and accommodation for one of the Partners
·Other tasks as and when needed
What you’ll need to bring
·Previous experience in marketing is required
·Experience working in an office environment
·Highly organised and able to work to strict personal and organisational deadlines
·Ability to work as both a team member and an individual
What you’ll receive in return
You will be able to work on a flexible part-time basis, working for 25 hours per week, over 5 days. Parking is available on site, and you will receive 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
