Marketing Coordinator - Temporary

The Opportunity

Yolk is a recruiting partner for a large Trade Union and professional body which represents and campaigns for its members, influences policy and practice and represents the interests of its members. Yolk Public Sector & Not-for-Profit are working with them on a campaign to fill a temporary Marketing Coordinator vacancy for a period of 8-10 weeks initially. You’ll be working from home for the entirety of this assignment with all equipment provided.

What you’ll be doing as a Marketing Coordinator

  • Managing the organisation’s corporate events schedule

  • Analyse data to inform marketing plans

  • Coordinate digital advertising

  • Monitor marketing stock levels

  • Create reports which deliver actionable insights

  • Play a lead role in a national campaign for student recruitment

  • Deliver clear and precise written correspondence and documentation

What the successful Marketing Coordinator will bring to the team

  • The ability to manage competing demands whilst maintaining a calm, measured and professional service is at the heart of this role

  • Previous marketing experience

  • Exceptional customer focussed approach

  • In depth experience with Microsoft Office suite

  • Efficient and accurate

  • Excellent communication skills

The successful Marketing Coordinator will receive the following:

  • Pay rate of £17.48ph (equivalent of £31,827 salary)

  • Remote working

  • 35 hour working week
