The Recolution Group of Recruitment Brands are looking for a content focused Marketing Executive who can create engaging short & long form copy which helps promote our brands and their mission.

This is what you’ll be doing:

While the Marketing Executive will be focused on content creation, this is a varied role that will see you working across multiple channels, allowing you to flex and develop different marketing skills.

The Marketing Executive will report directly into the Group Head of Marketing (based remotely.) The role is split down into four focus areas:


1. CONTENT

  • Social media : drafting short form content for our social media channels, coordinating content calendars and scheduling posts

  • Website : drafting long-form pieces for blog posts, company announcements and landing pages

  • Marketing collateral: industry white-papers, company case studies, client/candidate documents, email templates

2. EVENTS (currently virtual):

  • Assisting with the event calendar & monitoring upcoming dates

  • Event admin e.g. attendee numbers, facilities, speakers, timings

  • ‘on the ground’ coordination & support ​

3. INTERNAL MARKETING:

  • Monitor messages and communications on the sales floor (TV screens / office posters)

  • Support the Office Manager & Group Head of Marketing with the coordination of internal company events such as summer AGM, Christmas parties & sales days

  • Create & order branded items such as business cards and new starter welcome packs​

4. MARKETING SUPPORT CONTACT:

  • Go-to contact for day-to-day marketing requests & questions

  • Support divisions and brands with marketing campaigns and assets

  • Manage branded merchandise for ‘drop’ campaigns including monitoring stock levels, new branded item ideas, purchasing new items

The experience you'll bring to the team:

We’re looking for a marketer who can effectively manage a multitude of priorities and thrives off working in a busy environment.

While you’ll be working on a number of different projects, the priority of the role is writing content, so you will need to have an excellent command of the English language, be a top-class communicator, and possess the ability to switch between different tones of voice for multiple brands.

Identifying the angle of the story and making it engaging, whether writing short or long form, is essential.

You’ll then be using these skills across a number of different areas so an understanding of social media, blogging and websites (word press) is essential.

You’ll also:

  • Have experience of assisting with events and the admin processes involved, as well as the hands-on experience of coordinating an event on the day (currently virtual)

  • Experience with using relevant marketing programmes to help with deliverables, that could be the examples listed here or equivalents: mailchimp/hootsuite/canva/ word press

  • A resilient attitude is required as you’ll work directly with the sales teams, business development managers and directors across a range of requests and projects

The Group Head of Marketing will be remotely based so the Marketing Executive will need the drive, motivation and initiative to effectively manage their time and daily work load.

As you will be the ‘on the ground’ marketing support, we are looking for someone based in the South Wales area, (commutable to Cardiff), and you will enjoy working in a busy and exciting office space when government restrictions allow.
