Digital Marketing Executive

Bristol (2 days per week on site - Aztec West)

£35,000 per annum

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a stand-alone marketing role? Look no further! Yolk is thrilled to be supporting our client in their search for a talented Digital Marketing Executive. As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns to increase target audience on social media and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital channels.

Please note, this is a 'stand alone' role, meaning that you'll be the sole person looking after Marketing. You will not be sat as part of an already established Marketing team.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Developing and executing a digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and targets.
• Managing and optimising digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing, to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborating with the broader team to create effective lead generation campaigns, nurture programs, and sales enablement materials.
• Monitoring and analysing campaign performance metrics to measure success and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure digital marketing efforts remain cutting-edge and effective.
• Managing relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• This is a stand-alone marketing role, so you'll be an experienced marketeer who is confident when presenting your ideas and strategies to non marketing personnel.
• You'll have demonstrable experience working within a marketing field, with a track record of impacting marketing output.
• You'll possess strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• You'll be able to demonstrate your proficiency in using Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• You'll possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling content.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You'll take a self-motivated and detail-oriented approach to work, both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience or knowledge in the healthcare sector would be an advantage, however, is not essential.

The excellent benefits you'll receive in return:

• A starting salary of circa £35,000 p/a
