Responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives in accordance with the marketing plan and budget. This is a great opportunity to work for an organisation who truly put their staff at the forefront of the business. You can work fully remote or work in the office it’s your call!
Responsibilities:
- Create, deliver and optimise marketing activity in line with specified performance targets
- Develop plans and set campaign targets aligned to allocated budget
- Manage marketing budget against plan to ensure effective use of marketing spend
- Measure the impact, ROI and effectiveness of all marketing activity delivered
- Challenge existing thinking and provide innovative marketing solutions
- Ensure all campaigns meet the required brand guidelines, regulatory standards
Skills & Experience:
- Experience of defining and creating complex multi-channel communication plans across products and customer segments
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and innovative practices - including social media, email, search and mobile
- An understanding of paid, earned and owned media and the role that each plays in the marketing mix for B2B and B2C audiences
- Solid understanding of the creative process and working closely with agency partners to
- Vocational or professional qualifications in Marketing disciplines (e.g. CIM) desirable
- Experience within Financial Services (desirable)
