Here's what you'll be doing

  • Develop and Execute Campaigns: Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to engage diverse audiences at different stages of the marketing funnel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, client teams, and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategic alignment.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse competitor activities, market research data, and consumer insights to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to optimise marketing efforts.
  • Content Oversight: Manage the creation and production of marketing materials, including advertisements, collateral, and digital content.
  • Regularly utilising Hubspot to drive all Marketing activity.

The experience you'll bring to the team

  • Proven Campaign Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading B2B marketing campaigns at a managerial level.
  • Performance Marketing Expertise: You'll have a strong background in performance marketing with a keen understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market trends and campaign performance.
  • Marketing Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using marketing software and tools, particularly CRM systems like HubSpot and analytics platforms.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Innovation and forward thinking: You'll be an ideas person who is at the forefront of trends/initiatives - you'll feel comfortable when bringing new ideas to the table!

The excellent benefits you'll receive in return:

  • Competitive Salary: Salary bracket is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum dependant on experience
  • Annual Leave: 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays and a day off for your birthday.
