Mechanical & Electrical Specialist - £650 per day inside ir35 - 24 months - Gloucestershire - Hybrid - DV cleared project - one stage interview - Sector: Defence/ Technology

Yolk Recruitment are on the lookout for a Mechanical & Electrical Specialist to work with a cutting-edge institution on the forefront of technology and security that works for the betterment of the country and wider global community.

Responsibilities:

Working within a building construction and facilities management environment this role will provide assurance services across a broad portfolio of delivery and business as usual activities.

Experience required / Duties:

• Must be currently DV security cleared.
• M&E Commissioning assurance of Data Centres
• M&E input and assurance through RIBA design stage of new builds and accommodation changes
• Specialist input to Electrical Systems outage planning
• Lead on technical assurance of Facilities Management Contracts across multiple sites
• Mentoring of and knowledge exchange to client subject matter experts and various stages through their career
• Assistance to client appointed Authorising Engineer Electrical duties
• Lead on technical input to client M&E roadmaps, capital investment plans and forward maintenance plans
• The role will require regular engagement with client project, technical and contracted teams across the UK and overseas. Regular travel is expected.
