Are you a Mortgage Underwriter with proven experience in the field? Are you looking to join a business that is growing rapidly? Then please apply below.
This is what you’ll be doing
- Liaising with brokers to process mortgage applications from initial receipt through to mortgage offer
- Ensure relevant information has been received about the borrower and the property
- Chasing brokers by phone email and mail
- Dealing with buy to let mortgages
- Manage the process from DIP to offer
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- Previous Mortgage Underwriting experience is essential
- Buy to let mortgage experience is beneficial
- CeMap (desirable) or the desire to study
- You will have a friendly, approachable, and understanding nature.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A salary of £30k-£38k
- A hybrid working model
- City Centre location
- 11% non-contributory pension contribution
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
