Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient Mortgage Application Processing:
- Assist in processing mortgage applications with precision and efficiency, ensuring adherence to agreed timescales.
- Collaborate closely with Mortgage Advisors to carefully assess each loan application, guaranteeing alignment with the Society's lending criteria.
- Conduct thorough checks on applications, ensuring all required supporting documentation has been submitted.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Play a pivotal role in meticulously reviewing applications to ensure they meet regulatory standards and the Society's internal policies.
- Implement and maintain a robust system for tracking and managing documentation to ensure compliance at every stage.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide a responsive and efficient mortgage processing function, offering support to borrowers throughout the application process.
- Address customer inquiries related to savings, offering clear and accurate information to enhance their experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in mortgage administration or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Familiarity with lending criteria and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with Mortgage Advisors and customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
