£30,000 - £35,000 per annum plus benefits

Due to natural expansion and new contracts my client requires an experienced Moulding Manager with effective people management skills. As Moulding Manager, you will Report directly to the Production Director and will be responsible for all aspects of the moulding operation from setting, mould maintenance and training of your team. You will support a busy production operation ensuring that correct processes and procedures are adhered to at all times.

As Moulding Manager you’ll be……

·        Ensuring all operatives are fully trained in accordance with specifications

·        Ensuring that all works orders are met and the production plan is achieved

·        Coordination of tool maintenance and repair

·        Process Improvement and reduction in waste and downtime

·        Carrying out too, changes where necessary/ condition setting in order to resolve any machine or moulding problems

·        Liaising closely with other departments to ensure operations run smoothly

·        Ensuring work areas are kept in a safe, neat and tidy order
