Shift Pattern: Panama Shift Pattern - 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum plus bonus

As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a vital role in the Engineering team, utilizing your expertise in electrical and mechanical engineering to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment and facilities. Your contributions will be key to maintaining high production standards and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out repair and maintenance on production and ancillary equipment, minimizing downtime to meet production demands.
• Complete Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules, maintaining accurate records and timely data entry.
• Coordinate with on-site contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and completion of necessary documentation.
• Provide timely engineering support to production teams, swiftly addressing flagged issues on visual management boards.
• Collaborate with production teams to enhance their equipment knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Uphold health and safety standards while adhering to quality management and technical guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a City & Guilds Level 3 qualification or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, and experience working with automated equipment.
• Demonstrable experience within the food manufacturing sector.
