New Home Sales Co-ordinator
Do you have expeirence in selling new homes and reading floor plans? Do you have experience in working through a sales database and keeping it up to date aswell as following up on new leads? If so this could be the perfect role for you!
Our client based in Bristol are looking for a driven, hard working sales person to join their dedicated sales team. Being an estate agenct, specifically focusing on new home sales, they are looking for someone who can be positive and welcoming to all customers in order to build a good relationship and rapport, with the aim in the end being closing the deal. They are also looking for someone to be proactive and work through their database of exisiting potential customers, as well as qualyfing and following up on incoming leads generated by marketing campaigns. 

This is what you'll be doing

Key responsibilities

  • Working on site and selling new homes in the Sales Suite
  • Being positive and welcoming to all customers in order to build a good relationship and rapport
  • Being attentive and understanding when discussing client’s needs and wants from their new home
  • Match customers to properties that suit and fit their requirements
  • Ensure the database is kept up to date of all newly listed properties and launches
  • Effectively deal with phone enquiries
  • Registering and recording new buyers details
  • Negotiating with clients
  • Progress sales diligently, ensuring customers are fully aware of the purchasing journey, assistant customers with recommended solicitors and FA referrals, complete reservation process within 72hrs and follow the sale from reservation to exchange until completion
The experience you'll bring to the team
  • New homes experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Must have sales and face to face customer service and sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately whilst under pressure in a target orientated environment
  • Be computer literate with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Email systems and the Internet
  • A team player with excellent organisational skills
  • Willing to work weekends if required
