This is what you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for working alongside a partner and associate providing high quality and specialist advice.  You will handle your own matters (with supervision) and assist the partner and associate on more complex matters. You will need to demonstrate that you are able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, challenging environment, where you will be required to meet tight deadlines.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

Experience in advising a broad range of funders, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions.

My Client are looking for a Banking solicitor to work on a variety of matters, including general corporate banking, leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance. Their Corporate Banking team provides a full range of advice on finance matters from bilateral to LMA based club transactions to restructurings and refinancings.
