​We are looking for a Noticing Manager to manage the Streetworks Compliance Team and Reinstatement Back Office engaged in supporting the business in meeting its statutory and regulatory requirements.

The experience you’ll bring to the team as a Noticing Manager

• Monitoring and reporting streetworks compliance, provision of MI, engaging with the business to identify areas for improvement

• Ensure records of streetworks and reinstatement activities are accurate and maintained in a timely fashion, to satisfy business and legal requirements

• Managing street works liabilities and costs (e.g. Permit fees, defect and inspection costs, Section 74, FPN’s, etc)

• To provide a customer orientated NRSW Aprocess, meeting standards of service and exceeding customer’s expectations

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments/inspections on work carried out to ensure that appropriate standards are maintained or improved in terms of quality and regulatory reporting

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Understanding of Streetworks noticing (Wales) and permits (England) protocols and requirements

• Technical knowledge of Streetworks software applications (e.g. Symology Insight, DfT Street Manager, etc) and experience of using SAP

• Streetworks Supervisor Qualification

• In-depth understanding of the statutory requirements under the NRSWA Act 1991, Traffic Management Act 2004 and the relevant Codes of Practice, regulations, statutory guidance, etc
