NQ Solicitor - Property Litigation (up to 2 PQE)

The Opportunity

Are you a Junior litigation Solicitor looking to qualify into Property Litigation at a market leading team with excellent career progression opportunities? If so, this Legal 500 firm could offer you just that, alongside a work life balance and excellent quality work that rivals city firms.  You will be working as part of a team dealing with housing litigation for social housing clients and residential landlords with the opportunity to also do some commercial property litigation work.

You must have experience in general commercial litigation and have a passion for this area of law.

Skills / Experience required

• A NQ Solicitor, or a qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years post qualification experience
• Experience in litigation
• Knowledge of the CPR
• Experience doing own advocacy
• Strong academics
• A team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Commercially aware
• Proven business development skills
