Office Manager

Swansea

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum


Are you a capable and process driven Business Manager who enjoys organising themselves and others? Are you someone who works on your own initiative and who works well without much supervision?


If so then we’d like to hear from you!


We are working closely with a well established software company in the Swansea area to recruit for a Business Manager. If you have previous office management experience coupled with an interest in technology then this could be the role for you.


This is what you’ll be doing:


  • Overseeing the general running of the office

  • Providing general administration support (supplier invoices, weekly/monthly and quarterly reports for invoicing and customers)

  • Providing HR support, including: Managing sickness/Holidays/other absences/COVID risk assessments/Recruiting/Managing employee records and Performance Management

  • Ensuring end user support function is running smoothly

  • Carrying out pre-release and brief acceptance testing of software products

  • Marketing support – liaising with external agencies

  • Monitoring Industry news and report to directors

  • Assisting with business development via tender opportunities

  • Operating COVID safe policies within the workplace and maintain a high standard of housekeeping.

  • Acting in a professional manner at all times and maintaining confidentiality of information.


The experience you’ll bring to the team:


  • Experience of working within a technical or software company is desirable. But not essential

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or Business Manager

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • The ability to organise yourself and others

  • Excellent communication skills
