Operations Manager

Are you an Operations Manager? Have you worked within a logistics environment? Have you been a transport manager? Worked as a fleet manager? If so, this could be the perfect next venture for you.

This is what you’ll be doing

You will be ensuring that the Operation and Installation departments of the business are meeting their operational and strategic commercial objectives. You will be accountable for compliance. I am looking for an individual with a passion for providing quality products.

• Develop, coach, influence and mentor the operations team.
• Manage the project process from concept to completion
• Make decisions on pricing issues and any commercial issues that may arise.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and costs.
• Oversee the vehicles and transportation process including logistics and compliance.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

Previous experience working within an operational role with heavy involvement of transport/ logistics.

And this is what you’ll get in return

Circa £35,000 per annum, dependant on skills and experience.
