As my clients Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our organisation's seamless functioning and growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be responsible for:
โ Efficiency & Excellence: Ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
โ Process Enhancement: Continuously improving and automating processes to support our company's growth strategy and enhance customer journeys.
โ Team Leadership: Motivating and leading a fast-growing team of operations professionals, fostering a culture of customer-first collaboration.
โ Compliance & Risk: Ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations and internal policies while managing operational risks effectively.
โ Strategic Influence: Providing operational expertise to influence strategic projects and contribute to automated, streamlined operations.
๐ Skills We Seek

โ๏ธ Financial Expertise: Previous experience in financial services or a strong track record in leading payments or trading operations.
โ๏ธ Industry Qualifications: Relevant qualifications such as the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) or AAT membership.
โ๏ธ Regulatory Knowledge: An understanding of the regulatory framework under which we operate.
โ๏ธ Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
โ๏ธ Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers.
โ๏ธ Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
โ๏ธ Bonus: Knowledge of ISA Plan or Pension rules.
