The Opportunity

This opportunity is to join the UK’s leading financial services organisation as an Operations Team Manager. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Team Manager to join the Cardiff office. Working in a growing team with exposure to lots of interesting projects. Offering a competitive salary £24,000-£35,000 with excellent company benefits and progression opportunities.  If you have proven Operations Team Manager experience then this would be the role for you.

The Role

  • Managing, coaching, motivating and developing a team of 16 people
  • A split role between process management and people management
  • Bring legacy processes up to date
  • Capitalise on automation opportunities
  • Drive business improvement
  • Ensuring exceptional levels of customer service

 

What you will bring to the team

  • Previous Team Manager experience
  • Previous contact centre experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Desirable experience in a regulated environment
  • The CF1 qualification is desirable
