Optimisation Consultant

Are you an Optimisation Professional looking for a new challenge? Our National Client are looking for an Optimisation Consultant to join their team in Cardiff.

This role is perfect for someone who had established skills in the Conversation Rate Optimisation area and business and technically minded.

This is what you’ll be doing as an Optimisations Consultant

• Investigating opportunities to improve landing pages and apply these to direct business
• Creating strategy to improve optimisation by identifying areas of concern
• Working with senior management to deliver backlog initiatives to business goals
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to gain insight into operations activity
• Reporting on incremental gains whilst taking successful A/B tests to production
• Optimise online-to-offline processes, working with management to develop and deliver strategies to improve customer experience

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Delivering business solutions to make an impact on customer and commercial results
• Demonstrable results in a CRO and UX capacity
• Managing end to end optimisation testing
• Web development, design, data, analytics, UX and behavioural science
• Analytical capability of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.
• Extensive knowledge of A/B testing (Adobe Target, Oracle Maxymiser etc.)
• HTML/CSS/JS knowledge
• Knowledge of React, Angular, Vue etc.

And this is what you’ll get in return

Up to £37,000 depending on experience
