Personal Assistant

Yolk Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Personal/ Executive Assistants/ Administrators about a brand-new role in Penarth. Join a dynamic and industry-leading consultancy as they embark on an exciting journey of growth and innovation. Operating under the umbrella of a global project and cost management firm, their affiliate offers a wide range of services across the UK and mainland Europe.

In this Personal Assistant role, you will provide administrative support to the partners of the business. In this trusted position, you will:

  • Provide effective administrative support in a professional setting to multiple individuals.
  • Skilfully manage calendars, events, and appointments.
  • Manage partner emails and ensure timely responses while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Create diverse documents such as letters, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for Partners.
  • Process expenses claims.
  • Offer administrative assistance to Partners and other team members.
  • Organize and prepare materials for management meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Administer specific events or projects.

What experience you'll bring to the team:

  • Experience in a role where you have provided PA or EA support.
  • Alternatively experience of high level of administrative support in a business, where you have been highly organised.
  • Supporting with diary management, travel arrangements, booking hotels and meeting rooms etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft packages

What you'll get in return:
