This is what you’ll be doing
To provide administration and executive support to the MD and senior management team:
- To deal with incoming telephone calls and emails
- Managing diaries for MD and management team ensuring all appointments are scheduled accordingly
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Reading reports whilst addressing appropriate points
- Arranging customers visits both internally and externally
- Liaising with all internal departments
- Arranging travel, accommodation and all business needs as and when require
- General administration duties
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- High level of excel skills is essential
- Excellent PowerPoint skills is desirable
- Previous experience as a PA in a manufacturing environment
