Yolk Recruitment are working with a Top 100 Law Firm who have ambitious growth plans who are seeking to hire a Construction Paralegal within their Real Estate team. As a Paralegal, you will be the key link between the firm and its clients with file management responsibilities, under supervision, included.

This is what you'll be doing
As a Paralegal your duties will include:-
- Undertake legal processes under supervision
- Assist fee earners with routine tasks
- Draft legal documents addressing legal and factual issues to accurately reflect client's instructions
- Undertake legal research presenting the results accurately.
- Implement firm policies and processes ensuring compliance, keeping up to date with changes relating to risk and compliance.
- Build a network internally within the firm
- Build relationships with third parties, dealing with enquiries and presenting a positive image of the firm.
- Work as an effective team player, providing support where required.
This is what you'll bring to the Team
This role will suit a Paralegal with experience in Real Estate. If you have a strong Construction Law background, this could be the role for you!
Paralegals who either have LLB or CILEx qualifications and can demonstrate prior experience within a legal support or administrative role should apply.
Essential to the role is having excellent organisation capability with the ability to prioritise effectively. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office and other relevant IT platforms is a must.
You must able to demonstrate strong written communication skills along with a good understanding of client relationship management.
You should be able to undertake legal work under supervision and use your initiative when required.
