* Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing *

An award-winning, Gloucester based firm are currently hiring for an experienced Paralegal to join their close-knit team! This firm pride themselves on their outstanding reputation and high-quality work, and they are looking for a Paralegal who has brilliant attention to detail and desire to develop professionally within a supportive environment.

Ideally, you would have experience with residential sales and purchase transactions. It would also be beneficial to have a great knowledge of sales, purchase, re-mortgaging as well as experience with running your own caseload. You will be working closely alongside a dedicated Fee Earner as well as a wider team of Paralegals and Legal Assistants.

What you will be doing:

• Updating clients and introducers on the progress of matters

• Raising and responding to enquiries

• Interrogating responses and reporting to clients

• Dealing with pre-exchange issues
  

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in a legal environment

• Law degree/ GDL

• Ideally some experience in conveyancing/ property

• Brilliant attention to detail and proficiency with IT systems

• Ability to work in a time pressured environment and produce high-quality work
