Restructuring & Insolvency Paralegal

A Top 100 National law firm, are looking for a Paralegal, to join their growing Insolvency team, within their Worcester office.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Manage aspect of files managed by qualified solicitors under supervision
• Undertake legal research and routine legal processes
• Maintain excellent relationships with external institutions
• Attend client visits when needed
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance at all time
• Exercise the highest level of client care at all times
• Support in all areas of administration within the department
• Assist in all aspects of the accounts procedure, including preparation of bills
• Take an active role to promote the business using social media

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Previous experience of working as a paralegal or a legal administrator is desirable but not essential
• A strong interest to work in a team to reach an shared goal
• A fine eye for detail
• Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using a case management system
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines
