Part Time HR Officer
An established manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Caerphilly are looking for a Part time HR Officer to join their growing team. You will work as part of the HR department and focus on a full range of HR activities. If you are looking to work around 22.5 hours and have previous HR experience please apply today
Responsibilities
  • Support the small HR and admin team to support the delivery of HR objectives
  • Support and coordinator the recruitment, induction and employee on-boarding
  • Deliver al inductions and maintain new starters processes
  • Report on monthly HR KPI’s
  • Support all internal departments
  • Manage full ER processes
  • Monitor and maintain L&D
Experience Required
  • Previous experience within a HR role is essential
  • CIPD qualified
  • Knowledge of employment law
