A global law firm, are looking for an experienced legal secretary, to provide support within their Clinical Risk team, in their Bristol office. This role is a 3 day a week position, Monday – Wednesday.


This is what you’ll be doing

  • Provide support to up to 4 fee earners, in the Clinical Risk team
  • Typing and preparing documents from digital dictation
  • Organise files and utilise the case management system
  • Book meetings and travel arrangements
  • Prepare bundles, file, photocopy, scan and fax
  • Proactively maintain client relationships and assist with business development activities


The experience you’ll bring to the team

  • Previous legal secretary experience is essential
  • Previous experience within Clinical Risk is desirable
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths)
  • Excellent IT skills, with a typing speed of 65 WPM
  • Excellent communication skills, with a client focused approach
  • Ability to prioritise a full workload with a meticulous eye for detail
