Part Time Receptionist

£21,000 per annum pro rata


22.5 hours per week – temporary initially


Are you an immediately available Receptionist looking for Part Time work in the Bristol area? Are you personable and friendly with a welcoming nature? Do you have strong administrative and organisational skills?


If so then we’d like to hear from you asap!!

We are looking to recruit a Part Time Receptionist, ideally to start work on Monday 26th July (although we have a little flexibility here!)


Duties to include:


·        Taking and directing calls

·        Meeting and greeting visitors

·        Responding to clients via e mail

·        Ordering stationery as required

·        Booking meeting rooms

·        Making tea/coffee

·        Signing in visitors to site and briefing them on Covid-19 regulations


This role would suit someone who has first class communication skills and who enjoys working with others. Hours of work are as follows:


Monday – 1.00 pm – 5.30 pm

Tuesday – 8.30 am – 1.00 pm

Wednesday – 1.00 pm – 5.30 pm

Thursday – 1.00 pm – 5.30 pm

Friday – 12.30 pm – 5.00 pm
